This weekend I was sitting about the house reading our local weekly newspaper The Tribune when I spotted an article within the Campbellton Provincial Court Snippets about some poor fellow who was ticketed for a loud muffler.
Apparently on July 1st a fellow was pulled over in Campbellton by the RCMP for violating Section 235 of the Motor Vehicle Act. The article doesn't mention the make or model of the vehicle they pulled over but the article did state "...the RCMP noted it would be cracking down on people who put loud mufflers on their cars, particularly the Cherry Bomb."
I guess the next time I'm driving through Campbellton I better do it quietly ;D
