What should I tell you first?, okay the good news . The rain has finally stopped here in Dalhousie long enough for me to pull the alternator out of my YJ. Now I can take it to a Starter & Alternator shop for them to test & maybe replace it with a higher amperage model. I know I could probably buy a junkyard one and make it fit but I'd rather get something more reliable. Now the bad news. My Libby began showing error code P0157 on Friday which means yet another O2 sensor is failing. Also the front shocks seem to be shot again. And on top of all that the fanbelt fell off today and won't stay on. An idler pulley is shot. Now I can't drive either Jeep Hopefully all these repairs will be covered under warranty, but how do I get the Libby to the dealership?

Here's the update. The fanbelt repairs are covered under my Liberty's warranty but I had to call Chrysler's Roadside Assistance to get the Libby towed to the delaership. I didn't even know I had Roadside Assistance So I called Roadside Assistance and they called the nearest garage with a tow truck which happens to be just around the corner from where I live. It was pretty funny to drive to the tow truck for a tow ;D I bet it was one of the easiest tows the guy ever had. I even drove up onto the flatbed for him. While Chrysler replaces my seized fanbelt idler pulley & fanbelt they're going to look at the O2 sensor problem. I'll deal with the shock strut problem later. Maybe I can upgrade to some proper shocks struts and lose the spacer.
